Within the indie scene that she's a part of, her design was unique. Her facial features have had a distinct look since the beginning and her outfits, even the sexy magical girl one, have an idol-esque look to them that's not that common. This new design is literally just a random anime girl in an evening dress. Look at pic related and tell me her new design has anything in common with her old ones.

Even slowed down, Gura's voice is quite unique. I can't really recommend anyone who sounds similar. But along with this anon's choices >>9433335 I'd also recommend checking out Nina Saotome, who is probably the most talented singer in all of the western indies. She sings a lot of slow and/or jazzy songs that I think you'd like. (Almost) all of her karaokes are saved on her Youtube. Here's the latest one that has timestamps:

I don't know how Haruka fits in there, since she's just a loud cunt, but the rest I would slot into the "sweet and silly" category. Also there's some shit going on with eye shape here, I think. But I'd second Nina Saotome, since she gives a very "Hololive" experience, has a good sense of humor, and has a voice that's comforting to listen to, which seems to fit in with most of your picks. And if you like Gura for her singing, prepare to have your fucking mind blown if you check out her karaoke vods on youtube.

Thoughts on Nina's new model since seeing it in action over a few streams:
- The big teeth I think were actually done on purpose with being shrunk down in the corner of the game screen in mind, rather than close-ups. They make her very "smiley" and expressive, which in turn makes her welcoming and accessible. It helps that Nina naturally smiles a lot, as well
- The long neck is also not so noticeable when you're watching her stream instead of staring at a static image of it.
-Nina's Ninas may be bigger, but the cleavage isn't sharply defined and they don't bounce as much as before...I think they're basically there just to grab attention, rather than hold it. It prevents them from being distracting and lets people focus on her face.
-The rigging and tracking are competent, not amazing. They do everything they need to, and most importantly allow Nina to take advantage of her natural expressiveness better than the old model.
