Unfortunately there have been lots of not easy to find bugs these past few weeks that take priority over new content. Things could be looking up for the dev team in the near-ish future as some are going to be slightly less busy amongst other things, discussions will probably be had on this (no promises).
As the above said, we do it for free so main jobs/life is the priority.
For a lot of the tweaks/fixes it can be difficult to find and implement sometimes. Things like some of the volatility isn't so difficult to sort however I will give you that. I like to think of bug finding/fixing as very difficult puzzles, you can spend hours on it and find nothing, however sometimes it only takes 5 minutes. The easier the fix may seem, the harder it can sometimes be unfortunately.

I really will try to find some time in the next 2 days to write up the seasons idea, although im not going to be home for a week. A lot of the 'crazier' ideas are a perfect fit for the seasons concept. In my head, anything which is mega popular could get voted into the main game within reason?

In general there are a lot of great ideas that I like, but finding a way to balance them is very difficult without massively increasing inflation, balancing, or just making the top players even further to reach for a normal player. There were some good ideas the other day about helping balance this though. Polls are also a good way to judge how people really want things to go forward.
Think there is still a floor post about this, but if you think you can help develop, email honk and/or dm me in game. You are likely to get a faster response from dm. Knowing JavaScript is an advantage.
Do know I read everyones posts here, even if I dont always respond directly. Any ideas I see that we don't have, I write down. Maybe i'll try get an updated list of that out as well (next week?)
