At the 3:59:27 mark he talks about some game changer with Niji being bad to do business with and that they throw their weight around in a way other businesses don't like. Compared it to the 2% reveal in that some will say it's a nothing burger yet it stuck around. He wouldn't talk about financial crime like that. He's tipping his hand that this is something with Niji corporate not just some rogue branch and that this is the yab he can finally drop after another 8 weeks. He'll probably get a statement from the party that did business with Niji. It could be the NDA with a vendor that is about to expire.

My bet is that they are giving a cut of the profits to merch partners that is much worse than market norms. If they rip talent off, they will rip off the people that make the merch for their store and people like HYTE who make sponsored PC cases.
