Yeah the bacon was just a topping I added because we had very little left and I didn't want it to go bad so I thought I'd be extra fancy and treat myself.

This is the complete opposite where I had too much sausage in the fridge and I didn't want them to go bad so I went a bit overboard. Still good but I'll probably never do this much again.
