Also I dont mean to come off as a snob or someone who knows what they are doing. An embed can hold a lot of information in it and figuring out how much you gotta work with it is up to the user. I can only give some small guideance as the author. Its not always clear when testing out an embed if its good or not. Whenever I finish one I usually test it "plain" with "embed name, 1girl, standing" and see what it does. Then I interrogate one of the source images and use the prompts along with the embed there. If it produces the character without the secondary information the embed is usually very good.
