No the fuck they won't and I'm sick of people saying this. Every single Holo is capable of streaming and still doing concerts and birthdays and anniversaries. What Fuwamoco need to cut back on is leaping at every single voicepack or con that appears. Valentines and Christmas? Those are important ones. Academy voicepack? Mischievous pre school voicepack? Come the fuck on. It will not hurt their career if they do slightly fewer voicepacks than they are doing now. What WILL hurt your career is if you are too sick and tired to take advantage of the limited window you have to learn, practice, and record 3D. What WILL hurt your career is taking weeks off to rest because the week you already took off to rest, you didn't actually rest, you just signed up for more shit.

Here's what Holo talents need to be successful

Stream (Unless you are like Suisei or Gura big. They are not)
Have the occasional concert performances which take up a large amount of time but get you big exposure

Those two things will get you recognized enough to sell merch and get nominated for promotions. People aren't buying voicepacks to learn about new Holos. The people who buy voicepacks are already fans of you who just want to support you. If you want to grow, and they do, you have to be out there streaming consistently so you can be clipped and have viral moments and do concerts so people can see you sing and dance and be inspired. Con appearances aren't allowed to be recorded for the most part and the people there are already seeing you specifically or they don't care enough. You know how many con's Suisei has done? Or Gura?
