Note this is a concept piece that I've had for a while, but it is interesting as she's revealed the pieces to the OAV form how much things have changed since this and what we're seeing.

It's just a special form for her. She has talked about returning to her original "demon queen" form for a long time. I think this is just for fun and I doubt it replaces her current model for very long. This pic is the outline of the actual model and someone on our sister thread has been adding the pieces as they come.

Mouse's models have nothing to do with VShojo, she commissioned them herself. The agency isn't responsible for that.

Personally, I don't mind her S2 model after the fixes.. The 3D one is better though.
