She's very parasocial and feels embarrassed about it. She used to get pretty emotional towards her viewers when she was stressed, and I think she realized it wasn't healthy to use viewers as an emotional crutch. Now she tries to have a more "bro-like" relationship with her fans and just uses her co-workers to vent instead.
I know you're just shitposting but it's endearing to me how comfortable she is with her viewers.
