For the record, "Nijisanji is doing fine" is not an accurate description for the current state of their japanese branch.
Here is the

1) their median dropped BELOW the start of the period it is possible to measure their numbers (late 2021 when vrabi and vstats started tracking them)
2) Both their median and their average reached an all time low (for the period depicted) mid 2023
3) Their summer 2023 trailed their summer 2022 significantly
4) Their Jan / Feb 2024 almost didn't see any significant bump in relation to the same period in 2023

And their numbers usually go downhill from March to the start of the summer, when their average is saved by Koshien so their outlook for 2024 is not looking rosy based on their Jan-Feb performance.
I say their fate will hinge on having a stellar summer 2024 because, with their foreign operations being all but shot, they are in the perilous position of having all chips bet on their local operation.
