A rabbit vtuber has carrots, a shark has underwater theme, a rapper reaper has a scythe, Subaru is an anomaly just because her career has been a roller coaster starting with a sporty tomboy to a creepy ASMR duck to police officer to princess lover.

A phoenix's only visual aide is that it bursts into flames when it dies and rises back up from its ashes. Likewise, Kiara always seemed most Phoenix-like when she got banned and re-debuted, since her model has no burst-into-fire-and-ashes feature (which could get tricky since she is Austrian) and that's hardly a feature in most games. Unless she wants to start streaming DARK SOULS or something designed around dying a lot. Everyone else in her gen, as well as a lot of the big vtubers that don't depend on past lives/personality alone, all have some strong character theme that can be easily visualized.

TLDR: The best way for Kiara to save herself would be to commission a feature for her models which allows her to burst into flames, be a talking pile of ashes, and then reform into a new Kiara. She could even have her reform-rate be tied to comment rate or something.

Kiara has to contend with talented singer and record-breaking Gura, actually talented professional wigger and full time autist Mori, fuckin Vincent Van Gogh, and professional streamer and dork Ame.

Getting passed up by the shark and reaper to a western, English-speaking audience makes sense. Losing to Ame 8 months in is also fair, because people would have enough time to realize she's more than just your average white girl. But losing to Ina, the quiet, distant, slow-witted, cautious art nerd is pretty embarrassing. Especially considering Ina's so chill she wouldn't give a fuck if she never even hit 1 mil subs.

Ina on the other hand, will play it completely straight and deadpan that there would be little there for Coco to crack, the ultimate defense.
