Na, it's obvious his limited diet is stressful and a sore spot for him. Whenever it's brought up and people ask about, "Oh, can you eat this? What about that type of food?" he more often than not answers with a dejected no, and tries to move away from the topic as quickly as possible. He's honestly far from a spoiled child. Whenever he's out with friends and they wanna go somewhere to eat, he'll take his leave because he knows there probably won't be much he'll be able to eat and doesn't wanna burden them with having to deal with that.
