Could the real reason for Zaion's termination be that she posed a threat to the monopoly Elira's clique has on management communication?

Zaion is fluent in English and Japanese, in fact, she IS Japanese which may positively impact the Japanese higher ups opinion of her.

Thats why I think Elira clique had to ruin managements opinion of her.

It would also explain why a rape joke would he listed as a reason for her termination but Vox can do whole rape ASMR.

It would also explain why Zaion felt so betrayed by Livers inside of EN...
