Here's the problem with that. A legal takedown request requires you to give your real name to whoever you're filing against, and that's a bad idea when it's a doxxer. So they have to hire a lawyer to represent them and file for them. So either they aren't bothered enough to want to pay money to stop doxxers, or they don't know how to go about doing that.
