There's no way we could have done long war, we would have never finished. It took us about 1-2 sessions a week for about two months to finish the normal length campaign.
It was mostly vanilla XCOM 2 WotC with a shittone of cosmetics to get to this character pool.
There were a few minor gameplay tweaks- like grenades and ammo types being a separate equipment slots that had to be researched,one use disposable rocketlaunchers, and the biggest change was the SPARK overhaul.
