It's why I buy into the rrat that the Livers are basically running Niji EN themselves.

There's simply no way lawyers are actually looking at any of this. I cannot believe even the incompetents at Anycolor corporate would not have allowed this to go on this long in Japan. But if they're reliant on the Livers - who are all implicated in this disaster - to tell them what's going on, they could be working with incomplete or wrong information. That's the only explanation I can think of which might tell us why this has been going on so long.

I agree basically all of this, I think most of the change is attributable to Omega getting gone and Dimitri Jap being hired, and the rest being the girls realizing what homo collabs were doing to their viewership.

I can buy into the girls being pressured by Omega to collab with the homos, but beyond that, I don't think there was a lot of soap opera backstabbing or whatever. I do believe Omega grossly mismanaged things in EN though and made it nearly as miserable as NijiEN.
