Might be imposter syndrome, sometimes you can feel off, but it'll come back. Maybe do some other activities for a bit, if your brain don't get mental stimulation, or change it's surroundings it can stagnate and you can feel like you forget things more often and that something is wrong.
tldr: Touch grass and you can do it I believe in you, you just have to believe in yourself.
