Good evening. In light of the livers coming back to zomboid and feedback and interest from anons, Zomboid Season 2 will be launching soon! Sunday the earliest, but Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday launches next week are possible, please let me know what you’d prefer.

Tentative change list:
- Full PvP is on, for group tension, agents of chaos, and for upcoming event purposes.
-multihit on too for melee careful, clustering with friends will be harder! Expect more usage out of first aid
-loot rarity reduction outside food, and sustainable food sources will be slightly less bountiful
-renewables for some items like sugar and salt
-adjustments to zombie migration via a mod for true migrations so an area never fully clears depending on how the hordes roam, or just more variety in zombie mass generally when exploring
-horde cluster randomization so small groups are more varied in numbers and groupings
-low, slower to fill up zombie pop start
-longer grace period+electricity and water before events kick in including true terror horde nights.
-No more journals
-Slightly brighter nights
-Zombies won’t infect but will come with chances of sprinters. Day time they will have better vision and memory, night they are less keen but have hearing boosted. Weather and climate will affect them, fog reduces their vision too, and they will be slower in the winter. They’re going to be on the lower bound in health too, but their strength will stay randomized
-Server Events will start kicking off a week after launch, either exactly a week or on the following weekend and every weekend after, depending on anon preference. Initially there will be a simple raid with some varied rewards. If an anon brings the questgiver a certain item they will win a specific prize. Raids/combat events won’t be on a set time scale but hand designed. One idea might become weekly if I can set it up well. Weekly/bi-weekly more passive events for hanging out and having fun with anons, swap meets, fashion contests, track races, street races, fishing contests, maybe band/stage play and seasonal festivals
- Based on feedback will decide how player safehousing functions for PvP purposes, options include no-go for non factioned/safehouse members, full open safehousing like it is now, etc
-Sex mod
-Invisible clothing patches
- List of other mods being added to come on Friday, both major archives and individual mod folders will be updated for ease of access/installation.

Sort of. By default settings sprinters make all zombies sprinters, with the season 2 mods for zombie customization we will have sprinters dotted in zombie populations as the rarest type. Seasons and weather will affect them so in winter it’s fast shamblers tops
