Moona got mad because Anon's pretty flippant about how things may play out is basically saying "Too bad but I'm probably gonna kill your friends.", and before that on their end all they heard was him ask if he could do that and when told 'no' said nothing, giving the impression he's gonna do it anyway. Which he was even though Reine specifically called him because she thought he take her in alive. I definitely could have written the dialogue in a way to get that across better, cause it was like 6am when I was writing it so it's kind of all over the place. Glad you like it all the same.
