the anonymity of the people behind the chuubas is actually a bad thing. Kizuna Ai and Gamebu's yab would hadn't been a thing if the "soul behind the chuuba" bullshit was removed, and make it so the seiyuus behind the role were public knowledge in the first place; treat them like anime seiyuus that can take multiple roles or can be substituted when the original is unavailable.
