Seconding this, but even 1.5 mg can be a lot. I remember reading some research paper where they talked about anything >5 mg basically being experimental cluster headache treatment, and another that specifically mentioned like 0.5 mg being enough for sleep.
If you're a deep sleeper, that 5 or 10 mg shit they sell at stores will keep you drowsy through the morning, unless you're lucky enough to have an Eastern facing window in somewhere like FL so Mr. Sun can wake you up. Order lower dosed shit online, or cut them if they're not time release. Similarly, if you're on an Eastern bound flight long enough to give you jet-lag, take one of those 10 mg fuckers 1-2 hrs before "bed time" at your destination. Put one of those sleep masks on, write "save some food, don't wake me" on a sticky note, put it on your face. Disregard whether it's day or night wherever the plane currently is, and sleep. No jet lag.
Thanks for the reminder though, I have some 300 mcg melatonin somewhere I need to start taking again and a depression "daylight" thing I should probably plug back in.

Like art critique thoughts? I can't tell who it's supposed to be. The anatomy on the lower torso is very off - not enough of an artfag to know how to articulate why, and her right leg is painfully dislocated. Proportions are otherwise right, perspective messes with face vs. upper torso a little bit.
