Nene is high energy and can do longer streams. She streams 7+ times a week so she puts in the hours you are looking for. She plays a lot of games but isn't very good at them but she always stays positive.
Shee is also a good pick for this she is very bubbly and very excitable but she recently got a job and her internet has been dying lately so her streams have been on the shorter side (Still ~3 hours).

Namiji is very chill and her streams are filled with anecdotes. Her art/rigging streams are the best source of them with the bonus you don't usually need to focus on what she is doing.
I don't have the chance to watch her live as much but Lua is also very chill, her zatsudans have a lot of anecdotes about living in Japan and general girl stuff if that interests you.

Nene has gotten better at singing over the last few months. She always had the energy and charisma to carry karaoke streams but her steady improvement is nice to see.
