Is the average /vt/ (formerly /jp/) anon "the average otaku", or are they special somehow? Because if they're anything to go by, such transparent simp baiting with nothing to back it up isn't really popular. And "free cootchie"? Really? Have you ever heard even the most ironic Reddit weeb describe vtubers' appeal in that way? I think this is less a case of hard business sense and more one of a patronizing outsider thinking hopping on the latest fad will be a piece of cake, cause she thinks there's nothing to it and that she understands the disgusting plebs she'll be milking better than they understand themselves.
