Thought about it a bit and the issue is anyone not-Kika being elevated over others. Ideally we would need Kiki to be the moderator, so 2 Kikis. This may seems stupid, but you can prerecord "streams", and then make them "premiere" juste like a live, with a chat.
That way Kiki can prerecord her stream with random reaction to chat as usual, and meanwhile the current Kiki peut modérer en paix
