Unfortunately I do not. If you look at hatoko's pixiv, I have almost everything up to Shiori/Fauna. I'm missing Nerissa, Fuwamoco, Biboo, A-chan, and Noel.
It also looks like he updated Lamy and Kiara to have more outfits? I don't have these either

Ldki's card has that fancy coat outfit. Try editing this one to your liking if desired (or just rip the outfit)

Did you ever save the paypal method to your fanbox? Old users using paypal apparently have had some luck with being grandfathered in for the time being -- I'm one of them.

If not, you unfortunately have no other choice but to hope and pray that your visa/mastercard credit card will connect properly -- I've heard some people were able to get that working.

If all else fails you could also just become japanese and get a card that is guaranteed to work lol
