Council's failure is principally due to trying to have a second myth. Sana was supposed to be another Ina, like Kronii was supposed to be another Mori, Baelz another Kiara, Fauna another Ame and Mumei another Gura.

The problem is that Myth was as successful due to unique talent generating a great first impression at the right time. You can't reproduce it by simply copying a basic scheme of deep voice lady, artist, Japanese speaker, meme girl and content streamer. The best thing they could have done was to introduce vtubers that didn't form a unit but instead tried to fill those niches Myth didn't already. That's why, to me, Fauna is absolutely the best thing Council has, because she's the one that feels the most her own and nothing about her feels forced.

I really feel bad for them though. This happened through no fault of their own.
