Unironically it would be better to fire the worst offenders and just start start over with Nijisanji Idol (or whatever you want to call it)
Worst offenders are 3thyria, Vox and Kyo. You can shit piss and cry about Elira being the root cause but she sends out good vibes when she streams or does something while "on stage". The rest can stay as the game streamer branch.
Nijisanji Idol Project will be completely gender segregated idol focused, more so than Hololive with everyone being hired should have some competency in music (singing, producing, playing instruments etc), with more lucrative contracts since their reputation is in the gutter, you get to keep the rights to any music you produce would be a big point, I dont think being able to keep the youtube channel is in the cards no matter how desperate Niji is. Everyone that they hire should live near LA and pay Brave for easy access to their 3D studio so that they can do low tech but frequent 3D concerts, karaokes and variety shows. Allow talents to have lewdish models like Brave if they want to. Send an audio interface and a good microphone to everyone and a 3dio if they want it.
