Nah Kuzuha's behaviour around Kanae has gotten a lot softer over time, he doesn't even call him kimoi when he says something flirty/cringey now. Give it a year or two more.

Both of them have extremely schizo fans AND antis and there's a lot of falseflagging going on. I love both of them especially together so I just stay away from any of the solo fan conflicts and it hasn't affected me much. It sucks when they end up having to address some schizo meltdown on stream, but that's about it.
