She has an expanded something in her nose region, it's usually expanded when you're a child and gets smaller when you grow up, but hers didn't as much, so she is very susceptible to colds and fever. That's why she was at the doctor's, but it turned out it's not a normal cold fever.
Turns out she thought too much into how to progress her channel, what to stream, and felt like she would drag the others down, so she worried about it apparently SO MUCH that it began affecting her health.
She told management, management of course told her to just take it easy and do what she likes as always. Also she should address this with her colleagues who understand her better for doing the same job.
They then told her to go on break for a while to stabilize.
She cried not because she was told something bad by management or anything (just to bust any rrats), but because it irks her very much that her body won't keep up with the pace she is setting for herself.
She will stay active in general and will also tweet during the break, and said it will take maybe a week to get better.

So what can (you) do?
- prepare encouraging messages for twitter, write together something nice in english and throw it into DeepL, it does a very good job EN -> JP, I can confirm that. If you're unsure, post it in the thread and I'll check for any goofs DeepL did
- Reply with something different but encouraging to every tweet.
- if you can draw, prepare some nice doodle for her to go with the tweet, or ask if a drawfag has time for that
- same goes for music or little animations, heck, if you play the ukulele just strum together a little jingle for her and reply with it.
- if you're bad at finding encouraging words but have a cat for instance, send her a photo with a short introduction.
- since Mikochi it's a little tradition to write 待ってんで!, it's a little dialect on "we're waiting!" and is more reassuring than the standard Japanese.

She's had these worries for a while now, was it some time before christmas? and they only get worse, now that all her Gamers colleagues are in the Millions and even Mikochi made it. Although it's sad to compare... but she can't just change how she works either, and struggling for success is a virtue.

I know your list is long as is but now that we're sure we'll play this version for a while, could we have another interval of data to look at with the graphs? 24h is good as it is, but All-time currently has some fringe testing data and is not that helpful for decision-making, so sooner or later I believe 7-day and 30-day could be helpful.

Case in Point, $MIO had a $3300 spike once and the rest of her graph looks like a whole lot of nothing, now her all-time graph looks like it's fizzling out at the end when actually she's been quite the good investment.
