Mococo broke down and cried during a member's stream because she thought them doing more Japanese streams for Golden Week would make their EN fans feel left out. She even said stuff like "if you hate us, I'll understand".
They ended up hiring a professional translator for their JP collabs and streams where they speak Japanese. They translate insanely fast at an average of 10 lines per minute. Their Lethal company stream with Fubuki and Koyori had 1200 translations. I've never seen anyone translate that quickly with practically no errors. So they probably paid a lot of money to do it, especially since there's so many JP streams this week for golden week.

For better or worse, I don't think Gura would ever get emotional like that over how she thought we felt about her or worry if we hate her or not. So I don't think complaining would work on her. I think she would mostly ignore it like how she turned pre-chat off for that one choo choo charles stream.
