It took me 2 years until I realized how good anki can be. You just have to install a bunch of addons, extensions and note types. Can be a pain but once I did it, it made the workflow actually enjoyable. I literally spent the last 2 years using everything but anki because I hated how it looked and operated. Now I can finally say goodbye to:

bunpro (honestly pretty useful, but time to go)

kaniwani
all the other shit which costs and isn't as effective
