Typically it was one hour for the chicken itself and one hour for the background edit.
Complex ones took 3-4 hours
Gif ones could be up to 8 hours of continuous work.

This of course does not take into account the time I had to look in Twitter for a proper ref sheet...
If I had that ref sheet available back then my life would had been way easier...

1- People rarely post images
2- It just takes one person really angry at you to change the entire mood of the thread.
3- Activity in this place slowed down hard at some point
4- Self posting was reduced as well.
5- Almost every link from a vtuber you never heard about is probably a selfpost.
6- /Asp/ies stay in this place for a while before taking the courage to go to the /back office/
7- Everyone is /here/ making detecting self-post extremely complicated. I probably let in a few selfposts but only did it when the person had already a seed.
8 - Human edit anon is overworked.
9- Guardian Zet streams like a madman and always comes in to thank with his signatures images every time.

But you could figure this out just by paying attention to the thread. I want to do actual statistical analysis on the data to see if I find something that can't be deduced by observation alone but I had not the time yet to properly depurate the data.
