They will... one day. Airi has mentioned that scheduling conflicts have been preventing the date from happening, as everyone has been quite busy. Additionally, Uruka has expressed her interest in joining, so they likely need to coordinate and work around all three of their schedules to make it happen.

Hello, yes, Airischizo here (but not really, just to add some flavor to my post). She knows how humiliating it would be for her. Just think, she's a grown woman and her parents still treat her like she's 11, telling her what time to go to bed, probably still waking her up for work so she's not late. And as if that wasn't enough, her mom likely packs a lunch for her to make sure she doesn't get chubby, and probably buys her clothes so she doesn't dress like a "whore. I wouldn't be surprised if Airi's underwear comes from a place that also sells patio furniture.
The truth is, streaming is the only time she feels like a mature adult, but even then she often acts like a whiny baby. She spends most of her time complaining about decade-old anime and modern gacha, things that children worry about.
Physically, she may be older than the other girls, but mentally she's a dumb zoomer like Lia (no offense, it's part of her charm). If she had to talk like a baby on stream, she'd probably feel like her strange mental stagnation had regressed her back to an infant, and she'll never be taken seriously as an adult.
