But the real thing that spawns these debates is Ina confirming that her "Myth Bad End" powers are canon with the detail that AO-chan controls all Eldritch beings, which isn't some fanfiction.

To be fair Ina's power is the culmination of all the Eldritch Gods and not just Cthulhu. Then again lore-shit isn't actually remembered much anymore ever since Cover blocked Ina's lore projects a few times.
IIRC she mentioned having two binders worth of notes to turn into videos that got stopped back during the lead-up to Council's debut. Things like

Along with having her own void world and shape-shifting shenanigans, Ina's basically only really beaten by Bae and only when the author is more autistic than the one writing for Ina. Ame can't even "go back in time and kill Ina" because it's official lore that Ina saved Ame's life and gave her Kronii's clock in the first place so it becomes a Grandfather's Paradox. I don't care about the lore for vtubers outside of surface-level stuff the talents can play off of, but even then Ina's basically the big bad.
Even Moona, despite being a moon goddess and at full power, could only really push Ina back.

There's a bunch of other stuff too but none of it is really as concrete as that, since it's mostly spread over a bunch of streams (like Ina's tentacle design being handmade velvet covers to prevent people from going insane, her forgetti beam affecting anybody anywhere instantly, her control over an entire void dimension, etc.)

This was actually answered by Kuroboshi. His design for her was a superimposed stereotypical cthulhu-like monster mixed with an angel on a normal girl. The wings represented her "Priestess" form and stems from AO-chan physically manifesting itself, along with the halo, flaps, and hair squishies.
