Yeah, it is. I'm fucking tired of it at this point, honestly. It's like a coagulated collective retardation manifested into reality. I can tell you that if I had any other oshi and wanted to keep the crown from being overtaken by someone who shouldn't even be in the top 20 based off their playstyle (but they are high solely because they played since the start) I would have it 50x easier. In other words, it's "easy mode" for everyone who isn't a Mori oshicoiner.

So yeah, haha, easy mode, haha, ThinkPad is a genius, but it becomes just fucking tiring after 4 weeks of non-stop 10x when you're trying to actually play the game. It's genuinely sapping my enjoyment of NASFAQ because I know that it's pointless to try to be competitive since no matter how good you're actually are, some retard will say "easy mode" while another will non-stop 10x her while lying to your face that "they don't actively go for any oshiboard crown" implying it's a sound investment.

Now that she has raised her social status significantly and has become a more distant romantic target, that makes finding her love even more desirable. There is something appealing and oddly hot about dating someone with celeb status.

Oh, don't worry about that tiny detail, I have so much that re-investing it is a problem. Not a meme, this is the current state of the late-stage NASFAQ gameplay for those at the top. The amount of wealth you generate is so big that even break-even investments are considered good.
Also, I see your point regarding the climate; the company town would have to be in the North-West then, but would there be laws against setting up ventures in different parts of the island? Operating under standard /morig/ law there, of course.
Is there a name for said town you'd have in mind? If not, I'd like for it to be named either Oppia or Dis, first a reference to the Underworld in World of Darkness and the second as a reference to Divine Comedy.
Also, to what size do you think the town would grow? Given it'd be the headquarters of Triangle Consulting it'd be faced with a considerable influx of funds, especially to aforementioned businesses and naval/research efforts.

I ran the numbers, Mori's coin worth is inflating at the exact same rate as the average of the market, at least for the past five weeks. She just keeps getting (over)bought which subtly chips her down. It's not player action that keeps the coin's price afloat, at least in this case - what you need is a really big moon in views, and that'll affect the price semi-permanently it would seem.

You are right in the case of a relatively new account, where any kind of dividend strategy should be basically nonexistent as you focus solely on trading. However, if you have several hundred million to your name, you face a brand new enemy: opportunity cost.
In other words, when you sell, you do so to secure a 'profit' here and then, but you also have to be sure that you can utilize that liquid better - once you get past a certain wealth point, you can't really 'rebuy' certain coins at their base prices since you'd buy them anyways even without that sell. Right now, in terms of long-term buys, there are only a handful of coins that are better than Mori for dividends at this price (at 1x... not 10x, of course). So while you are correct that selling her now is a valid short-term play, I believe that for someone in the Top 50 it would be a blunder in the long term.

It won't be able to. I have enough funds to 10x Mori all week or otherwise out-buy it, so this is basically a game of Chicken sapping 100-150 million per week in taxes and overpriced coins. The only thing that stings a bit is that it'll bomb my trading performance on paper, but c'est la vie.
