Mori is in JST (people barely watch her), she has very short streaming hours and stream experience (which makes her slower on the uptake when it comes to stream types, permissions, and also limits how often she can do various kinds of content) and her collab choices personally tick off a lot of people (but they more than often end with good-to-great streams)

Kiara was in JST majority of time, but now focuses a bit more on eurozone, but her streams have almost the opposite of the issue of Mori's - she has extremely long streaming hours which makes catching up on her non-collab content or seeing the strong points a matter of digging through 6-8 hour long streams

they also have pretty unusual voice timbres and vocal ticks, but less people get hung up over those nowadays, it was more of a part of early filters
