Personally I would suggest (from nearly impossible to the most realistic):

1. Hire Kenjiro Tsuda (good luck to reaching out to japanese VA)

2. Hire the composer of outer wilds for her bgm or something (I don't really know how much this will cost)

3. Hire streetlight manifesto to perform a song for her (Not full gig, so maybe 1-2k)

4. Hire VA from portal series (probably around the same as that danteanon so 1k max)

5. Made a fangame like smol ame (maybe a vn? I know some people already working on it right now)

6. The usual fan project (fanart, letters, etc)
