I feel a bit bad for my re-tardiness, so here's what I have for Phase's climate and biome: https://rentry.org/tme7n
I'll fill in the mineral resource part soon, but it might take a while.
Some stuff of note:
>Life in the savannah beyond irrigated land is not necessarily nasty, brutish, and short, but it is likely to be uncertain, as life relying on hunting animals tends to be. Disruption of trade and local customs could prove disastrous for these communities.
>Aquifers can allow areas otherwise far away from consistent water sources to become arable, but as they are not infinite, depletion of aquifers could pose an existential threat for these farmers as well.
>Coastal wetland and mangrove forests are likely to be present, although the cold ocean current will likely limit the latter's development, meaning that some parts of the coast might instead be salt marches.
>Distinct wet-and-dry seasonal patterns and sometimes irregular rainfall might result in seasonal flooding around the riverbanks. This can prove vital in replenishing the nutrition of the soil, but can be disastrous for those living on said soil.
>When considering the local ecosystem, it is important to also take into consideration what kind of ecoregion you wish to have, as it determines the kind of flora and fauna you will have as much as your climate and overall biome.
