the jp side of phase is actually kino, nasa has one of the most soothing voices i've ever had the pleasure of listening to, she's also surprisingly cracked at splatoon

i had already though of that. we ride it out, this thread having times where it goes to shit and pcg having times where it goes to shit is better than pcg the going way of hlgg with no split and no dedicated jannies. a thread going to shit can be recovered from but a thread so big and busy a self sustaining meltdown can be started whenever would be unusable. this place is not meant to be a better pcg, but rather a place to focus more on talents and to prevent pcg from going to shit

that doesn't work and the meltdown thread is proof of that, in a populated thread, someone will always bite and it will cascade from there, on the other hand, slower threads tend to get less heat, look at the liker thread for an example, despite being much smaller and with lia having a small handful of antis, meltdowns rarely/never happen, sure there's bait but less people are likely to bite and things recover much quicker

/pcg/ is nice during slow hours, but its going the way of the holo global thread (to number fag a little, /pcg/ is still the biggest small corp thread by far, even with this split around, comparable to the popular holo and niji threads at times) the current holo general sucks because of how fast posting in there is and that's with a dedicated janny, so imagine that but with the type of threadshitters /pcg/ has, the last pippa stream isn't the norm but a glimpse into the future. even looking into /pcg/ now it's still arguing rather than talking about streams. it's not meant to be like /pchex/ as that was a thread made to exclude 1 talent, but splits must be sorted better (and not to anti) and gen 2 would make the most sense, the invaders were added because they don't follow a gen format and it's in the name. also gen 1 posting seems fine, just not the focus. to add it is kind of a test to see if a more official subthread could exist, hopefully it will with gen 3 around the corner, as having an established split before the storm of a 20+ talent general seems like the smarter move, finally with what >>60197898 said, im going to use both threads, just come here when the main thread quality drops (for whatever reason)
