Burgers and europoors have no idea about the cost of living in a poor country. Here in Russia an average wagie makes $500 a month and can afford apartments, healthy food, a car, comfy vacations in Turkey. People buy PCs that cost 5x their monthly salary just because it's not that hard to save up the money.
Free healthcare is a joke here, but the commercial clinics are affordable. Dental implants are $350, and it's the same quality as $3000 ones in USA (according to my boss who lives in Cali, he visits dental clinics whenever he visits Russia).
