So I tried to guess the base number of active members in June from Gura and compared her with Watame and Pekora (the member queens of JP) by using hololyzer's membership tracking.

Gifted membership
>Old members prior to June
The first part uses milestone messages as the number of old members
The second part uses the stream with the highest unique member chatters as the baseline for current members, then only the new members and gifts from the following streams as new members (because I assume the new members and gifts prior to that is included in that stream)
Then I pick the higher value of the 2 parts as the base value:
>Gura: 5,044
>Pekora: 6,584
>Watame: 10,266
