Sad to hear you can't enjoy Haruka's ASMR, imo she's one of the more comfy and cuter ASMRtists right now. I don't think it is impossible for you to "learn" how to appreciate ASMR, a lot of people listen to it without even feeling the tingle sensation. Perhaps you just need to get into a better mental state before listening, take a hot shower before bed or something and make sure you're relaxed before turning on a stream. Don't force yourself to enjoy the ASMR, just try listening and trusting your ears to the artist.
