Mix of soft science fiction and high fantasy. Post-apocalyptic event, not necessarily global but on a city-wide scale. Scavengers looking for valuable materials/advanced technology wandering through a crumbling city reclaimed by nature, doing battle with its denizens and potentially each other. Magic may be an element, as may firearms - or perhaps neither.

Cosmetically, Sanctuary from Ark: Extinction is pretty much exactly the kind of city I'm thinking of
