Dexerto is not "the news." It's a content farm ran by pajeets that just reposts shit from r/livestreamfail and literally uses 4ch for some of its headlines. Any time you see Internet drama they have an article ready to go because it takes zero effort to scrape some Twitter and Reddit posts for the purpose of tabloid journalism. I have a cousin who works for Parade and she's explained to me there's no regulations for Internet happenings, so these websites can post literally whatever they want and they will never face recourse from it since tabloids are more protected than any other industry.
