At very least for the usual monthly ranking it is trivial to switch from
>median of peak CCV
to
>average CCV

Pic related for the current top 50, it shuffles around some channels but the list remains more or less the same.
It trades one problem for another tho, take for instance Sora

because of her birthday totsu and birthday live pushing her average up.

There is no perfect measurement, all of them will have fundamental flaws that will "distort" the final list but, all in all, peak CCV is good enough and much easier for anyone to calculate and verify than average CCV.
