I'm a mental breakdown away from manifesting a Mio tulpa. To combat my depression, I hear her voice encouraging me to take better care of myself. Because of this I began a better self care routine, I lift regularly, cook all of my meals, and am very focused on my future. That being said, the main motivation has been a voice I manifested of the beautiful and kind hag Mio. Nothing else has given me such motivation
