Relationship went cold after Bat called off a planned trip to Japan with Nina at the last moment with a flimsy excuse. Nina had her straming equipment packed and was planning to stream together over there. Naturally, Nina was quite sad over it. I think they haven't streamed together ever since, only when a 3rd party or more is joining the as well stream. Bat continues to be notorious in cancelling planned collabs.
