They already said they were a guild and a guild having more / new members was more of a given to me, personally.
Also it was already foreshadowed ages ago, the 4 empty chairs on the left of picrel have now been occupied.
Maybe the actual next gen will be villains, or a new guild entirely.

You would have to look as far back as Tempus original debut.
These 4 have most likely been picked from the same batch as the original 4 given that their art was ready for their arrival.
