auto-loads a bunch of this thread's model mixes for you, downloads VAE, etc. it doesn't store anything on your drive other than the output - and you can optionally import a whole folder of LoRA in one go
little icon that looks like a picture frame, between the wastebasket and the clipboard, underneath generate, should bring up the built-in extra networks menu. I've never used the old one from the extension so I can't help you there
