Everybody thought she was an awful person because of their character assassination, but she convinced people by being a good entertainer and sweet to her fans.
If you truly want to turn things around, you can do it. But to do so, you need to have a desire to change. If they changed for the better, fans will catch on.
All I see now is that Anycolor themselves stated that there is bullying and harrassment and livers like Enna or Finana who hate their fans. With those news, it's easy to assume that it's no act, but that they genuinely do. It seems like their fans got the message, but they show no sign of remorse.
You just want people to trust livers who can't help but double down again and again and again to the point that their own fanbases collapse.

Everyone can be redeemed, yes, and a genuine apology can go a long way.
The thing is, Elira showed that she has no remorse, quite the opposite, she just doubles down when the wisest move would have been to just shut up.
She never gave a reason to assume that she has just a tiny bit of decency, she seems like that kind of person who demands everything without working for it.
She seems to be that typical Canadian womeme on the mental level of a high school girl.
