Making money for both companies is certain. It's the fact that there aren't a lot of benefits being in Niji aside from money. The company isn't willing to invest much on your goals if you're not in the top. When the company treated their IN, KR and ID branch like that in the past, do you even hope the company to improve themselves when it comes to their EN branch when there's clear biases/favourites?
